We Are One

Let me share this with anybody who is reading this. If there is one thing I have learnt throughout my life is that we are, as products of existence itself, one with everything else. We are made up of the same energy that created other people, animals, insects, trees, plants, the ocean, the earth, the stars, the universe. We all share something in common. And like other living creatures, we too feel pain. Like all things in the universe we are impermanent. There is nothing here that exists for good. Everything, whatever it may be, has a beginning, and an end. We have a heart that beats. This beating heart is the same as anybody else who has a heart, and the very earth we live on. The earth itself has a vibrational pulse, which can be measured. Plants grow out of the earth so naturally, there is no strain, things just grow. We all, everything, we grow. And we feel pain, we feel happiness, we feel the same feelings. When we try to hurt something or someone, we end up hurting ourselves. For example, when one has a bad thought about someone, does that thought really hurt the other person? No, they have absolutely no clue about it. We only create our own pain and suffering, our own downfall. We attract this. So why not, think positively? Why not wrap your fears and hate in love? Let us feel happy that we are a part of everything else. Let’s take this journey and see where it takes us, who knows where we'll go after this life? Will we still exist? Who knows. But one thing is certain, and that is that we are here now, and we will not disappear into the atmosphere. Your life is significant, and you can find happiness if you want to. So go out there and find it, and stare into life's eyes with a big fat smile on your face.
